When we build your custom home, you are free to choose just about any design you like. Just bring us a rough sketch, a picture from a magazine or even a plan you printed online. Our draftsman can take your preliminary design and turn it into a complete plan for your new home.

You'll feel confident that your new home is progressing on time and on budget with frequent contact and open communication with our staff. When you work with Penway Construction, you will work with a dedicated project manager who will assist you with the critical decisions you'll need to make concerning your new home's design and construction. Your project manager will also be available to answer your questions or make changes as the building process progresses.
